Its privileged situation is located less than 15 minutes walking of the places of greater interest of the city: museums, historical buildings, churches, theatres, cinemas, parks and monuments.

The reason why the use of any means of transport is not needed is to discover the enchantment of this city.

This is located in the centre of Madrid, Carrera de San Jeronimo, that begins in the Puerta del Sol and finishes in the Stroll of the Prado.


Just a few minutes from the Real Palace, of the small Triangle of the museums (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia) and other Touristy places of interest.

It is the commercial zone of greater leisure of the city, zones, restaurants, theatres and nocturnal zones of diversion: Seat of Santa Ana, Orchards, Great Via and Alcala, with great variety of restaurants and bars of tapeo.
