In the proximity of the “Policlinico di Careggi” and exactly in a residential zone renamed by its tranquillity, Dany House Due is composed of a newest apartment that offers: wide hall with fireplace and furnace, kitchen furnished and equipped in order to accommodate until 6 Persons, lunch place, and two rooms, one double, the other triple, both with private bath and shower.

If it is desired to rent all the apartment, the places would become 7, considering the double sofa in the hall and in that case you will have the use of the kitchen,and free car parking.

Directions

The distance from the Historical Center does not exceed the ten minutes and the zone is well served from several city buses, that offer an efficient service.
For those who come to Florence by train, just in front of the station of S.Maria Novella, you will find the main bus stop. There you will have to take the n° 14 having the shrewdness to say to the driver to drop you off at the second stop of Viale Morgagni. Then you should take Via Garbo and subsequently Via Guido Banti n° 8/A1 (the distance walking does not exceed the 100 meters).
For those who instead may come by car, you can have one of the two places reserved in a protected zone with remoted control gate.
