Shanghai Koala Hostel is not very far from the heart of the shopping, tourist, business and entertainment belt. It is easy to take a taxi or subway to get to the downtown and the bund.Take a taxi to the downtown about RMB10--RMB20.You will have a sightseeing of true Shanghai around our hostel.

We also have a very lovely bar in the second floor, you can enjoy different kinds of dishes and drinks there, you also can sit on the sofa to enjoy the free DVD and internet.

There is no curfew at the hostel; we have an electronic keypad lock at the front door, which means you can come and go as you wish, any time of the day.

We have rooms with king sized beds, twin room, tripple room, four beds room, and a luxurious family room.

Double bed room: 1.8m bed for couple or single
Twin room: two single beds
Tripple room: three single beds
Four beds room: four single beds (not bunk bed)
Family room: two 1.5m beds and two bathrooms

All rooms have air-conditioned with a comfortable private bathroom, and a complimentary big wardrobe. There is also a storage room provided at the reception for all check-in guests during their stay at The Koala.

All rooms have cable TV, broadband Internet access, fridge and a microwave oven in the room.

Directions

1. From Shanghai PuDong International Airport to Koala Youth Hostel
1) The direct way is by taxi , the price is about 160RMB more or less
2) Shuttle Bus NO.2 from PuDong Airport to Jing’an Airport Shuttle Bus Station(price is 19RMB per person) and then change the taxi ,just basic price ,2.5km(11RMB) . Enclose , the shuttle bus run time from 7:20 to the end of day scheduled flight .
3) You also can get maglev train at Pudong Airport to LongYang Road Maglev Train Station it’s 50RMB per person( but is you show your flight ticket and the price is 40RMB per person) , and then change the subway Line 2 to Jing’an Temple Station(4-5RMB per person) , get off the metro at Jing’an Temple Stop ,and go to Koala Hostel by taxi , just basic price is 11RMB .

2. From Shanghai HongQiao Airport to Koala Youth Hostel
1) You can by bus NO.941(2--4RMB per person), and get off the bus at Xikang Road stop ,and walk along the north direction of Xikang Road till the end . Enclose , Bus NO.941 run time from 6:00 to 21:30
2) You also can by taxi ,It’s about 40RMB more or less, whatever , it must below 60RMB

3. From Shanghai Railway Station to Koala Youth Hostel
Get off the train from the south exit of train station, then by taxi directly go to the cross between Xikang Road and Yichang Road , that is the Koala Youth Hostel. It costs 11RMB ,is basic price in 3kms . lf you don’t find the directin and come out from the North direction exit of Train Station , and go to Koala Hostel by taxi ,you will spend about 25RMB more or less .

4. From Shanghai South Train Station to Koala Hostel
At Shanghai South Train Station ,you can directly by Subway Line 3 (Line 3 is the beginning Station ),and get off the metro at ZhenPing Road Station , then across the Suzhou Creek, you will arrive the Xi kang Road , Koala hostel is there.
5. From Shanghai International passenger landing to Koala Youth Hostel
Geting off the boat or debarkation, you can directly find the nearest light rail, the name is Yangshupu Road light rail Station (this also is metro line 4 in shanghai ), and by metro line 4 from Yangshupu Road to Zhen ping Road (7 stops totally).It's 4RMB per person; and then at Zhenping Road walk back for 7 minutes, when you arrive the first cross, turn right and walk along the Suzhou Creek till the first Bridge (about 7minutes), this bridge is Xikanglu Bridge ,then you will arrive Koala Youth Hostel cross the bridge.Our name and address is ,Shanghai Koala Youth Hostel, No.1447 Xikang Road.
(在国际客运码头，出站后坐轻轨四号线从　杨树浦路　到　镇坪路,然后往回走7分钟, 走到第一个十字路口,向右沿着苏州河走到西康路桥, 大概走７分钟, 过桥就到考拉旅舍了.)
