All villas in our portfolio are set in unique locations yet offer easy access to tourist attractions. Some are right or near a beach, others are on a hill-top with view of the mountains, the oceans and airport, ssome others are surrounded by rice-fields. And there are also several villas in beautiful river view settings near Ubud.

Vacation Rental Property

Each of these villas is a clean and comfortable (often luxurious) vacation home with beautiful tropical garden and private swimming pool. The traditional architecture is shown by the use of tatched roofs, original stone carvings and paintings. The living rooms are usually large and often have large glass doors overlooking the gardens or surroundings. Some villas also offers open dining.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Villas range from cozy "hideaways" for two to large estates which can accommodate up to 18 adults (plus a few kids). For larger groups, there are also several villas in one compound which can be combined. Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Amenities

Each villa has CD or DVD player with either stereo system or home theatre, and some villas have separate TV lounge. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, crockery, cutlery etc. An IDD telephone, a fax machine and dial up internet connection are also available (some villas also offer broadband). In-house laundry is done at no extra cost.

Services Offered

Renting a villa from us is not a self service vacation. All villas have house-boys, cook, gardener, security guard and some of them also provide personal Butler service who will also provide an "Afternoon Tea" service. Spa theraphy is available either free (for certain villas close to our office) or at nominal cost. A free air-conditioned car with driver is included in all rates and at your service whenever needed.

Restrictions

No restrication for pets. In some of the villas, small children should be supervised due to the villa's location.
