You will be impressed by the light and airy design and the quality workmanship both inside and out. Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils.

The pool deck is fully screened to add a degree of privacy while protecting you from insects and softening the sun's rays. The patio surrounding the pool is ideal for sunbathing providing you with the perfect Florida tan. The patio is also ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. Each also features a garage, personal garden, and is fully furnished with most of the amenities you will need.In the living room you will find a color television and comfortable clean surroundings. All of our villas have very spacious split family home designs to make it convenient for 2 families to share.

We have a full service staff that can make arrangements for special event and functions. All services are offered locally and can be done in houses.

Restrictions

Payment & Cancellation Policy Reservation Deposit A reservation deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required which goes towards the total balance. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received. Payment Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations & Refunds The reservation deposit and any payments made, minus an administration fee will be refunded in full for all cancellations that have travel insurance. We have travel insurance available for you. For all cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the entire payment and the reservation deposit will be will be forfeited unless you have travel insurance. Accepted Forms of Payment American Express , Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order, Pet Fee and Policy A non refundable fee of $150.00 will be charged if a pet will be in the home during your stay. Bookings are taken on a first come basis. We do offer other homes that are of the same quality at the same rates. Please contact us about availability of those homes directly. We require a valid credit card # to secure your reservation and your deposit must be received to process your booking.

Presently our sales tax rate is 12%. Prices are in US Dollars ($) price depend on seasons and lenght of stay. The longer you stay the less you pay. all utilities are payed for and all maintence in and around the homes will be taken care of and included in the price.

· Daily- from $140-$180
·Weekly-$900-$1100
·Monthly Rates: $2600-$3000

If you wish to stay longer than monthly we have reduced rates for extended stays of 2-6 months. Some of the Optional Features we offer are listed for you below. Please be sure to mention these items during your booking so that we can make the arrangements for them to be in the house upon your arrival.

Pool Heat: $175 a week minimum use; Gas Heater-$240 per week
Cribs, Strollers, and Highchairs: $35 per week
Rollaway Beds: $35 per week
BBQ Grills: $40 per week

Other Information

In order to keep our homes in excellent condition, a one time departure fee is required for housekeeping. Sunsplash offers all our guests excellent customer service and a specialized maintenance team that is on call at all times. The homes of Sunsplash Travel are licensed by the State of Florida in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Hotels. We are also members of Haines City Chamber of Commerce, members of the Orlando Visitors and Convention Bureau and The Central Florida Property Managers Association. We are also on the Polk County Tourism Committee.

Directions

Sunsplash Homes is located just 8 miles from Disney World and Directly off of the Champion Gates area of Exit 58 from Interstate 4 between Orlando and Lakeland.
