Green House

Green House is in the middle of the town of Santiago de Chile and next to one of the most central metro station; 'Santa Lucia', which is a 1 minute walk from the house.

The house is a 3-storey house with a modern style architecture. A good option after your long travels, a place where you can stay quiet and comfortable. Located in a neighbourhood where commercial, touristic and cultural activities are developed everyday of the year.

Today this area has been re-energised and everything is possible to find in walking distances: banks, supermarkets, parks, restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas, museums. Almost everything is near !!

This is also a university area as the most important universities (Universidad de Chile, Universidad Catolica) are located around in this neighbourhood and, as a result, the locality is full of a young and feel-good atmosphere.


Your hosts are a Chilean family who will help you to plan your activities in the city or in the country and who will care for your security and comfort while you stay in our private rooms .

The location of Santa Lucia Green House is simply great. It is located in 537 Marcoleta Street and it is 1 minute walk from the metro station named Santa Lucia.

How to get to it ?

• From the Bus station:
• From the metro station take Line 1 (red line) to Santa Lucia metro station, or pick any bus on Alameda (Av. Libertador Bernardo O´Higgins) that says Santa Lucia or Plaza Italia. We are only one block away from Santa Lucia metro station and two from Baquedano metro station (we recommend you print the map appers in the web page). This is the cheapest way to get to our hostel.
• From the airport:
• ** You can pick up a taxi at the airport, the fee shouldn´'t be more than US$ 20.00 (beware that Chilean taxi drivers may want to rip you off charging you more than US$ 20) or you can also pick up a transfer for US$ 9.00 pp. aprox.

Santiago is more often a safe city.
