The swimming pool and gardens are at your service.

In the apartment there is also a fully equipped guest kitchen, tv and dining room where to eat, drink our own produced red wine, play music and have parties.

Thanks to our strategic position, we are served by 2 different bus lines, one connects our house to the train station and the city centre, the other one connects directly to the city centre.

Directions

from Perugia train station take bus LINE D (sundays line B) direction 'Pila' and get off in 'Ponte della Pietra' at 'ristorante pizzeria settevalli' bus stop, follow directions for 'Clinica Veterinaria'.

From highway A1 exit at 'Perugia centre - S.Faustino' and follow via Settevalli up to 'Ponte della Pietra'.

-The closest bus stop (line 82) is 2 minutes walk, it is not frequent, but you can easily use if your day is scheduled, the bus can match easily with your needs.
