Cancellation Policy When cancelling a booking, please contact us 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid one night room and tax charges. Credit Cards The UCSC Inn & Conference Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Other credit arrangements must be made with the hotel prior to arrival.
