The Best Western Hotel Scheelsminde was formerly one of Denmark's most beautiful manors, built in 1808 by Christian Paul Scheel, a prominent member of the Judiciary.
Today the historical building is the setting of a modern International hotel, surrounded by a large park, an idyllic retreat in Aalborg, North Jutland. Over the years the hotel has been carefully renovated and improved, but its special charm and atmosphere have been preserved still.
The 96 modern rooms are all with private bath, some with floor heating, hairdryer, trouser press, as well as open-line telephone, radio, and color television with 12 free channels, option to connect private personal computer or laptop.
