Description of Surrounding Area

The villa is in Palm Harbor, between Clearwater and Tarpon Springs just a block off Alt. 19. Approx. 20 minutes to Tampa or St. Pete airports. About 1 to 1 1/2 mi. from Dunedin Beach, about 4 to 5 mi. from Clearwater Beach. Several small beaches in the area also. Only a few miles from the Toronto Bluejays Park and the Phillies Park. A lot of golf courses nearby. Very close to shopping (walking distance to grocery store). 90 miles from Orlando and about 15 to 20 miles to Tampa and Busch Gardens. There is only one street in and out of the complex and only 38 villas total. Very quiet and private.

2 bedroom and 2 full baths, dining room, living room with TV, dvd player and hide-a-bed couch,kitchen with new applicances (dishwasher, fridge, flat top stove, over stove microwave). Linens, dishes, cookware, etc. furnished. One car garage with washer and dryer. There is a screened porch on front where I drink coffee every morning. Cable and phone also provided. Just bring your clothes!!

2 full baths - master bath has huge shower no tub and 2nd bath has tub and shower.Both were remodeled last year. Living room has hide-a-bed couch. Master bedroom has queen size bed, walk in closet and master bath. 2nd bedroom has twin beds, large closet. Both bedrooms have TV's and vcr players.

Amenities

As mentioned above, 3 TV's, 2 VCR's (plus lots of movies on tape,some on DVD), 1 DVD player. Cable in all rooms. I also have a new computer with internet but ask that if you have children visit they not use the computer. PC has router with wi-fi available.

No services - private complex.

Restrictions

No pets, no smoking. Dec 08, Jan & April 09 available. I am asking $1795 per month for one couple (all utilities provided) or $2000 for 2 couples.

Approx. 30 miles from Tampa where the SUPERBOWL is being held this year!!!!!!!
