Private Guesthouse in the green North of Berlin: surrounded by forests and lakes with indoor pool, convenient transport connection to the city centre and spacious, cozy rooms, this location is the perfect place to find some relaxation after an exciting day in the city.

The private Guesthouse is located in the North of Berlin - in a very safe area, approximately 20 minutes to the city centre by car (approx. 35 minutes by public transportation; 24 h bus station (124) in front of the door; S-Bahn (S 25) Schulzendorf nearby) close to the Tegeler forest and lake (with nice beaches and jogging routes) and great shopping facilities, restaurants and bars within walking distance (15 minutes).


We have an indoor pool (8m x 4m / 26ft x 13ft; free of charge) and a sauna (2 Euro p.P.), free internet access and free parking places. There are four nice, well-groomed rooms available (linen and towels included). We offer two spacious rooms with patio (BBQ possible; bathroom/shower across the hallway) and two private ensuits (with private bathroom/shower and a balcony). All guests are free to use a microwave, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea is provided free of charge.

Kids and families are welcome, there is no curfew and the friendly owners can provide you with all the information you need to make your stay in this great city unforgettable (in the summer you are welcome to participate in regularly organised BBQs.)

Directions

By car:

Autobahn Exit: Schulzendorfer Str.

Coming from Hamburg you take the first exit in Berlin 'Schulzendorfer Str.'. Take a left at the end of the exit and you are on the Ruppiner Chaussee - keep on going (approx. 800 meters) until you reach a big red house on your right hand side - welcome to the Nord Pool!

(Coming from any other direction: take the direction going to Airport Tegel; from here follow the direction going to Hamburg. You pass one long tunnel and later on two more tunnels. After the last tunnel take the exit 'Schulzendorfer Str.'. Take a left at the end of the exit and you are on the Ruppiner Chaussee - keep on going (approx. 800 meters) until you reach a big red house on your right hand side - welcome to the Nord Pool!)


By public transportation:

From the Airport (TXL; 30 minutes):

- Take the Bus 128 (direction: U Osloer Strasse), which will take you to the U 6 (get off the bus at 'Kurt-Schumacher-Platz' - most people will leave the bus here)
- Then take the U 6 (direction: Alt-Tegel) until the final stop
- Take the Bus 124 (direction: Alt Heiligensee) - get off the bus at the fourth stop ('Im Waldwinkel')
- Walk in driving direction of the bus approx. 100 m - it's the red house on your left side (number 151): Welcome!


From Main Train Station - (30 minutes):

- Take one of the S-Bahns going to 'Friedrichstrasse' (one stop)
- Take the U 6 (directions: Alt-Tegel) until the final stop
- Then take the Bus 124 (direction: Alt Heiligensee) - get off the bus at the fourth stop ('Im Waldwinkel')
- Walk in driving direction of the bus approx. 100 m - it's the red house on your left side (number 151): Welcome!
