
Set in one of Scotland's most scenic glens, the hostel sits in the shadow of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and the path to the summit begins opposite the hostel.
The hostel is an excellent base for exploring the delights of Lochaber, whether it be on the summits of Ben Nevis and The Mamores or on low level walks through the spectacular Glen Nevis.
Glen Nevis hostel is close the bustling town of Fort William and the acclaimed snowsports and mountain biking area at Aonoch Mor.

By Bus
Fort William Bus Station is 2.5 miles away. Glen Nevis bus service (#41) runs end of May to September only.
By Train
Fort William Station is 2.5 miles away.

By Car
From the South, bypass Fort William and follow signs to Inverness until you come to a small roundabout. Go straight ahead and Glen Nevis Hostel is 2.5 miles down this road on the right hand.
From the North or West, turn left at the small roundabout (there is a sign for Glen Nevis), the Hostel is 2.5 miles along the road on the right hand side.
On Foot
Turn left out of the train/bus station on to Belford Road. Pass the hospital and Lochaber Leisure Centre. Go straight on at the mini roundabout just past Glen Nevis Campsite (approx 2.5 miles).
