Surrounding Area

Our house is in the foot-hills of the french Pyrenees.
Super for cycling and mountain drives (Tour de France route)
The area is part of' The De Vinci Code'.
lots of lovely little french villages to stop off at for lunch.
The old walled city of Carcassonne is 1 hrs drive away and the old Medievil town of Mirepoix with it's great Monday morning french market is a must see.
Toulouse has great historical buildings ,shopping ,restaurants,cafes ,etc.
We are 40mins from ski-stations and during Christmas and Feburary there is a ski-bus which collects skiers from our village and takes them to ski-station.

The house is on ground and 1st floor.All rooms have wooden floors.
Ground floor has entrance hall and bedroom en -suite

Wooden staircase to 1st floor with bedroom and seperate shower room and seperate toilet.Bright and sunny living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen.
The house has central heating for winter rentals.

Downstairs bedroom has double bed and single bed with lovely wooden floors.En-suite has bath with over-shower and sep toilet.
Up-stairs bedroom has lovely old french canopied bed and wash hand basin in room .

Bright and sunny living room with sofa bed ,chairs and dinning table ;
Small kitchen with all mod cons,fridge-freezer,micro wave ,etc.

Amenities

The area has several Spa towns within an hours drive .
There is canoeing ,horse-riding ,cycling ,trout fishing and a beautiful beach/lake just a 15 min drive away with pedaloes and wind surfing and bar/restaurant on site.
We can let you have bicycles for a cycle through the many scenic routes.

We can offer Bed and Breakfast or house rental .
Pack lunches and evening meals (incl. coffee and wine) on request

Restrictions

We don't have many restrictions so long as guests look after our house.
Pets allowed.

We also can offer 2 little apartments next to one another in town centre of spa town of AX-LES-THERMES ...(.half hr from Andorra )in french Pyrenees .
One sleeps 4,the other 2/3 .
