Located at the heart of Toscany, it gives access to the best the region has to offer : beauties of nature, unique artistic treasures of cities such as Pisa , Volterra and San Giminiano, Florence , Siena, Lucca and at only 40 km from the seacoast.
The farmhouse Podere Costantino is situated to the south-east of Pisa in attractive rural scenery of gently rolling hills mostly with vineyards and olive groves.
Podere Costantino can host you in one of its two comfortable and relaxing appartments completely indipendents:

-apartment Alba accomodates 6/7 people max. The apartment has the following features: wide living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed, 2 rooms with double bed, bath with the shower.


- apartment Tramonto accomodates 4/5 people max. The apartment has the following features: wide living room with a kitchen and a sofa-bed, 1 room with double bed, bath with the shower.

Every apartments has a private balcony with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the hills. The apartments include kitchen whit oven, self-standing heating system, private yard, barbecue, TV, swimming pool as well as access to a private parking lot. The apartment furniture has been chosen with a great care to offer you a comfortable and elegant home in the typical Tuscan country style.

Vacation Rental Property

We organize exciting explorations of the hill country of Pisa and his fascinating natural environments by Quad. The easy to drive vehicles wind up and down the dramatic landscape of the Mediterranean countryside with surprising comfort and security. This area, which is still largely unexplored by tourism of any kind, stretches from the Pisan hills to the Tyrrhenian sea, crossing millenary oak forests, medieval ruins, rural homesteads and hamlet perched on hilltops, archetypes all of the Tuscan landscape. Every day we organized excursions that go from a simple two hour spin to expeditions that take all day. The prices include the use of the quad, fuel, helmet, insurance, guide, snack or lunch.

Services Offered

Your apartment will be cleaned once a week, changing bath and bed clothes (included in the rent). We sell our own olive oil, our natural jam. We offer vegetables and fruit.

There will be discounts for reservations made for the following periods: 10 january until 2 weeks before easter, 1st of november until 20th of december.
1st week = 10%, 2nd week = 20%, 3rd week = 30%.
