The guesthouse is five minutes walk from the Sadovaja subway station and the main street Nevskiy Prospect; and just 10 minutes walk from the Aleksandrinskiy Theater and the Nevskiy Prospect subway station.

The guesthouse, situated on the second floor of the building, offers four cosy, clean bedrooms each with two comfortable single beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate shower and toilet with a sink and shower with a sink. A hair drier and an iron/ironing board can be provided on request. There is a large guest living room with an attached fully equipped kitchen. The walls in the living room feature original oil paintings by local professional artists, the art works are for sale.


Every morning breakfast is served in the kitchen/living room, each evening guests can get together to exchange their day experience and impressions, watch TV, listen to music, or just read a book sitting in the comfortable chairs and sofa.

Directions

From Pulkovo Airport: You can take buses 113, 213 and mini-buses K13, T113 to the Moskovskaya metro station. From there take the subway to Sennaya Ploschad.

From Pulkovo Airport: a less frequent mini-bus K-213 goes to Metro Sadovaya/Sennaya Ploschad. From Sennaya Ploschad Square walk along Sadovaya Street (follow the tram rail) walk towards Nevskiy Prospect; turn right on the intersection Sadovaya-Apraksin Lane (second intersection from Sennaya Ploschad).

Approximately 50 meters down the Apraksin Lane on your right you will see a dark brown metal door with a code lock. There is the sign above the door 'Càäîâàÿ 32/1 Assembly Sadovaya 32/1” (for the proper display Russian sign on your computer, please use the Cyrillic Windows encoding).

You dial 170 and the B&B hostess will open the door and greet you.
