15 minutes away from the capital city of Port of Spain, Major Movie/Mall complex, the National Stadium and several nearby bars with regular activity. Possible to see many different types of birds since the neighbourhood is bordered on one side by natural vegetation..

Large front lawn with benches for reading or relaxing. Beautiful bouganvilla plants frame the front lawn and provide the tropical feel.
