The apartment sleeps up to seven people. There is one ensuite double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. One communal bathroom, a spacious living/dining room, and a kitchen provided with top-of-the-range equipment, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. For larger parties, a double sofabed is available in the living room. A credit card operated payphone with internet access is available useful for executive parties. If you want to bring a car, you will find off-street parking in the village complex.

porary style. Sleeps 5-7 people. Fully furnished, with
all bed linen and towels provided. Located on the second floor, which can be reached by a lift from the ground floor or from the underground car park. The apartment has a pleasant outlook to front and rear. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom andshower. One further large bathroom with bath/shower. One double bedroom and one single bedroom. A sofa bed on the lounge adds flexibility to the sleeping accommodation. The well proportioned lounge offers open access to the dining area, which can also be

reached by sliding doors directly from the well fitted
and fully equipped kitchen.

Directions
From Edinburgh Airport:
Follow signs for City Centre (A8). At the west end of prices street you are
obliged to turn left. Then go straight ahead until you are obliged to turn
right and this will bring you into Queen Street, facing east.
Then see below......
From Edinburgh City Centre:
Head east along Queen Street as far as you can go. At the large roundabout
take the first exit, into Leith Walk. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout
then turn left at traffic lights into Annandale Street. (This is a 20mph zone).
Straight ahead at the mini-roundabout, pass Lothian Bus Garage on your
left, and turn next right into Hopetoun Street. Turn first right again, into the
parking area behind the apartments and down the ramp. Hopetoun Apartments
is 54b/7, which is on the 2nd floor.
From Waverly Station on foot:
Turn right into Princes Street. At the east end of Princes Street, turn left down
Leith Street. At the large roundabout keep on the right-hand side of the pavement
until the Playhouse Theatre.Then cross the road and continue on the left hand
side down what is now Leith Walk. Keep going downhill, past Gayfield Square,
and turn left at the next traffic lights into Annandale Street. Hopetoun Apartment
is on the right, just before the second junction. The bell is labeled 54b/7 and
the apartment is on the second floor.
