Hale Mar is a luxurious, 2 year old, 2200 square foot 3/2 home, on a private 1/2 acre property with 100 feet of oceanfront to call your own. Hale Mar has been designed and outfitted for the ultimate pampering and relaxation: high ceilings, windows everywhere, a fully equipped kitchen, top quality furnishings. For those who must combine work with play, there is a private home office with fax and high speed, wireless Internet access throughout the house; for workouts, there is a stairmaster, elliptical machine and freeweights, plus the new 38' Lap Pool. And for stargazing, there's the oceanside hot tub.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Sleeps 7 comfortably as follows: Master Bedroom has 1 kingsize bed plus 1 single futon; 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed; 3rd bedroom has 1 single bed; there is also 2 air mattresses and a cot that can be used in the office or living room. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (downstairs has a bath tub as well as shower.)

Amenities

2 large color TVs with built in VCR, DVD and CD players, and Satellite TV service (one upstairs, one downstairs). Telephone with voicemail, Fax machine/printer, and high speed, wireless internet account provided (bring your own laptop). Other amenities provided include large washer & dryer, iron & board, some pool toys, Weber grill, 2 new ten speed bicycles, and everything we could think of in the kitchen (full oven and stove, microwave, toaster oven, blender, icemaker, dishwasher, et al).
