Carnetta's Inn

Carnetta's Inn is located at the foothills of the Northern Range and is a haven for birdwatchers and naturalists. This is home to nature and culture lovers.

There are a total of fourteen guest rooms, each of which has cable television, direct dial telephones private bathrooms and shower facilities, and air-conditioning, (kitchenettes are available on request).

Carnetta's Inn is ideally located on the Saddle Road, Maraval for easy access to several points of interest on the island. After an exciting day playing golf at nearby St. Andrew’s, swimming on the north coast beaches or hiking in the rainforest, relax with some afternoon tea, or enjoy an evening’s entertainment in nearby Port of Spain, 15 minutes away where Calypso, steel band, theatre and nightlife abound.


You can also enjoy local dishes at our Bamboo Terrace Restaurant, relaxed and informal dining of the finest Caribbean Cuisine. Our full-bar serves tropical drinks, complimented by international and local wines. Soft music, romantic moods, jazz, steel band and calypso complement dining. And liming or simply looking at the stars or listening to the river will show you that paradise is found!

We assist with car rentals, tour planning and airport transfers. Adequate, secured parking is also available.

Carnetta’s Inn is located in the Maraval Valley, a suburb in Port of Spain.

The inn is on the main transportation artery, which links the city of Port of Spain to the popular North Coast beaches of Maracas and Las Cuevas Bay.

Carnetta's Inn is about 45 minutes from the airport. When you leave the airport you head towards Port of Spain. After Port of Spain you take the road to Maraval. You pass the Queens Park Savannah and we are on the main road in Maraval on the left hand side.
