Le Fonti Di Pescaia

The building is a two floor liberty style villa in 'Red Brick' , with a large typical Tuscan garden , it is situated only a few metres from the historical “Fonti di Pescaia” and about 10-15min walk from the start of the historical centre 'Centro storico' which you can easily reach on foot.

Please note : ' Piazza del Campo ' is a 15-20 minute walk.

The villa has double bedrooms with private bathrooms . For a less expensive option we have single and double bedrooms with a shared bathroom (there is one bathroom for two bedrooms).

The furnishings are classic and comfortable.

Guests’ cars , bicycles or motorbikes can be parked on the premises - inside the garden.

IMPORTANT: CHECK-IN:
Our guesthouse is small and very economic, so we do not have a person always present for the check-in.

The best time for the check-in is:
from 13,00 to 15,00 and
from 17,00 to 19,00.
Should you arrive at a different time than advised, you might have to call us to let you in, we will come in a few minutes.
After 19,00 we are forced to pay staff overtime, with an extra cost for the Guest of 10 euro.
After 22,00, if not previously agreed, we are not able to do the check-in.

Directions

Our address is: Strada di Pescaia n°4. - at the top of Strada di Pescaia before the Esso station.

The Villa is about a 10-15 minute walk from the historical town gate 'Porta Camollia' and in the vicinity of the historical fountain 'Fonti di Pescaia' from which we have taken our name.

To reach the hotel from the central 'Piazza Gramsci' (The main bus station in Siena ) - When you arrive at Piazza Gramsci , face the Jolly Hotel Excelsior and walk to the right ( heading out of town) walk straight to the end of the paved area and then take 'Via del Romitorio' wihich is the small narrow street to the left of ' Perozzi' Motorbike hire shop, walk down through the small arched tunnel. Turn left through a big Arch , then cross the road and walk through the small park , you will then see the local Elementary School ahead . Turn right and go down the hill to the traffic lights, then turrn left onto 'Via Ricasoli', at the next lights cross the road and you will be on the 'Strada di Pescaia'.

We are the first building (villa) on the right side of Strada di Pescaia - Before the Esso sign.

Please note : We are before the Esso on the right going down the road - Strada di Pescaia No4 -

The distance of the hotel from 'Piazza Gramsci' is about 0,5 kilometer.

From the train station please take a bus ( the bus stop is on the opposite side of the road to the staion and to the left ) to go to 'Piazza Gramsci' (the main bus station in the centre of the town), please then follow the above directions.

Or you can take the bus N°3 and ask the driver to go out at the very beginning of 'Strada di Pescaia'.

Please note : you must get off the bus at the very beginning of 'Strada di Pescaia' - we are the first Old Red building on the right ,going down the hill , before the esso garage.
