Surrounding Area
La Francesca is the largest holiday settlement of La Spezia area, and the natural gate to the Cinque Terre National Park, with wonderful footpaths opened all the year through. Bird and sea-watching, biking and diving in the Tirrenian sea; from Autumn to Spring cooking and wine tasting tours; and you can reach wonderful art cities (Genoa, Pisa, Lucca, Florence) in less than 2 hours.
Accommodations
The 55 houses and apartments from 2+1 to 6+2 beds - all overlooking the sea - are surrounded by a marvellous park and are the ideal place for a holiday immersed in nature and far from constraint. All the houses are in solid brickwork, with one, two or three bedrooms and living room with chair beds; simply furnished but completely equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, central heating, telephone, safe, TV/SAT and a private terrace.

Reception with library, videos, tourist information, internet point; restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, Bar, Minimarket; open-air swimming pool (25x10 m), 2 tennis courts, volley-ball, tennis table, bowling facilities, minigolf , football play-ground, training and naturalistic route.The private beach, located in a small bay among rocks, can be reached on foot in a few minutes (300-800 m).

We can accomodate groups in villas and apartments from 2+1 to 6+2 beds.Our best rates are:- Eur 25,00 per person per day for overnight stay;- Eur 45,00 per person per day for half board service (dinner includes first and second course, dessert and mineral water).
