La Francesca is the largest holiday settlement of La Spezia area, and the natural gate to the Cinque Terre National Park, with wonderful footpaths opened all the year through. Bird and sea-watching, biking and diving in the Tirrenian sea; from Autumn to Spring cooking and wine tasting tours; and you can reach wonderful art cities (Genoa, Pisa, Lucca, Florence) in less than 2 hours.

The 55 houses and apartments from 2+1 to 6+2 beds - all overlooking the sea - are surrounded by a marvellous park and are the ideal place for a holiday immersed in nature and far from constraint. All the houses are in solid brickwork, with one, two or three bedrooms and living room with chair beds; simply furnished but completely equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, central heating, telephone, safe, TV/SAT and a private terrace.
