Atlanta International Hostel

The Atlanta Hostel is located in Midtown, a young and thriving area of Atlanta. New Restaurants, Supermarkets, Shopping Centers, Theaters and Bars/Pubs are all located within walking distance of our family owned hostel.

Our Friendly staff will start your day with Free Krispy Creme Doughnuts and Coffee and this is just the start to the amenities... Free lockers, maps, blankets, full kitchen use. CURFEW FREE, pool table, cable TV, T1 Speed Intenet Access, front glassed in chillin' porch with lots of cozy couches, two large upstairs balconies with hammocks and swings which over look the awesome Atlanta sky scrapers.

Our dorm rooms are Uncrowded, CLEAN, Air conditioned rooms with individual bathrooms.

Directions

The hostel is located just four blocks East of the NORTH AVENUE MARTA rail/train staion. Exit the train follow the signs upstairs to the the buses. You can either take bus #2 **ask the driver to stop at the MYRTLE STREET stop** or you can walk.. once at the buses (top of the stairs) turn left and walk to the street in front of you. This is Ponce de Leon Avenue. Our address is 223, which is to the right four blocks. Only a 5 minute walk. The hostel is a 3 story white brick house on the corner of Ponce de Leon Ave and Myrtle Street. Look for the sign in the front yard: WOODRUFF INN INTERNATIONAL HOSTEL

From the Airport or Greyhound simply take the North Bound train to the North Ave Station.

From Amtrac, take bus 23 South to the Arts Center Station, transfer to the South Bound train. The North Avenue Staion is only one stop south.

The hostel is always happy to call our guests cabs also. Just call the office and we will have a cab come pick you up.
