B&b In Venice, Flat Càcorte

Dear Friends,
we have two hostels:
One is B&B Flat 'CàCorte the bedandnobreakfastvenice.it and The 2nd one is 'Studio Ca Mirella that is only twin room'.
The two properties are not in the same location!

-'B&B Flat CàCorte bedandnobreakfastvenice.it' is double King Size Bed, triple or quadruple room, all have private bathrooms!

-'the twin beds is the 'Studio Ca Mirella': it is a studio with Kitchen Facilities and only with 02 speared beds Second bed is not a twin bed but an attachment to the first one: it is located near 'Piazzale Roma'

The B&B Flat 'CàCorte' is THE NEW 'BedandNoBreakfastVenice.it' located in 'San Stae' Area near the 'San Stae' water bus stop (no Bridge to cross); It is 12 minutes distance walk from 'Rialto Bridge'; the BedandNoBreakfastVenice.it is a typical Venetian house built in the mid 1500’s but completely remodelled this year.
>All of the rooms are equipped with private shower/bathroom, sheets and towels shower, private heating and cooling system (air conditioning is an extra charge in summer time), hair dryer, small refrigerator and kettle use, Tea and coffee free in the rooms.


>>Although breakfast will not be served, tea and coffee will be provided (self serve) any time and we are glad to offer you a bottle of mineral water with gas and juice as 'welcome'

On Request extra charge:
Wireless access : 5.00 Euro, unlimited use and we need a copy of the passport.
Air conditioning: 5.00 Euro per day per room (Summer Time only).
Daily cleaning : 5.00 Euro per day.
Extra towels shower: 2,50 Euro per towel.
Credit cards only to secure the bookings, payments must be made in cash upon arrival.

'Studio Ca Mirella' ( the twin room) is in 'Santa Croce' area near the RAILWAY Station: It is a romantic studio on the mezzanine floor, finely furnished with independent kitchen use, only TWIN beds,TV, Shower/bathroom, Hair Dryer.
The rural furnishing underlines the warm welcome of Miss Mirella.

About Late and Early Arrival:
-Extra Charge of 10 Euro per late arrival (later than 23.00)!
-Later than 0.30 and before 08.15am you have to pay 15.00 Euro more!!!!
> Later arrivals can be arranged upon previous request: B&B Phone Number: provided with booking confirmation.

>Cancellation policy:
Cancellation from 72 to 0 hours before check-in or no show: we will charge the mi nimimun stay of two nights
Cancellation must be done only by mail or letter. No reduction of price will be made for later arrivals, for earlier departures or changes of room.

Directions

From 'Treviso' or 'Marco Polo' International Airport : take the regular bus to Venice and stop at 'Piazzale Roma' (Last Stop);

About B&B Flat 'CaCorte' (THE NEW Bed and NoBreakfast Venice in 'San Stae' Area): When you arrive at 'Piazzale Roma': Take the 'Vaporetto' line #1 And exit to the 'Saint Stae' stop (the 4th stop).
From the Venice Railway station Santa Lucia: Take the the Vaporetto line #1 and exit to the Saint Stae stop (the 3rd stop)
From 'Saint Stae' stop: go on and turn the first on the right in CALLE TRON, door number 1964

All of the transportation tickets must be purchased in advance before entering the bus or the vaporetto.

THE DAY OF CHECK IN: YOU HAVE TO CALL US IN ADVANCE TO ORGANICE THE CHECK IN!!!!
