Apt. CENTRIC STAY is a newly refurbished, shared apartment' that offers 5 private rooms, modern facilities, and the best central location in Barcelona.

This 200 m2, (2000 sq.ft.) apartment has just been refurbished with travellers like you in mind. The apartment is very spacious and bright and this gives a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Each private room is equiped with single and or double beds, bed linens, towels, pillows, closet, fan, and secure locking doors. Also each room has large windows wich provide lots of natural light and fresh air. Outside your private room the facilities are shared. We offer a large kitchen area that is fully equiped with, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. There is also a small common area with dinning table and chairs. With travellers comfort in mind, we designed the showers and toilets facilites into 4 separate rooms. Offering 2 modern showers rooms and 2 seperate toilet rooms. This means more privacy and less waiting!. With new and fresh surroundings will give you a fresh sensations while in the apartment.

The location of Apt. CENTRIC STAY is second to none. We are located in the city centre on Via Laietana wich is the main street to move through Barcelona's center and also the main way to the Beach. The apartment is walking distance to many of Barcelonas attractions such as: La Rambla, Picasso Museum, Palua de la Musica, Placa Catalunya, The Borne, City Park, Arc de Triumph, and Barceloneta Beach. And if you prefer to use public transportation there are metro and bus station with in 4 minutes walk. And a taxi can be taken just in front of the apartment at any time of day or night. Via Laietana is very large turistic street that is very bright and lit up at night. This makes if very safe and comforting when entering and leaving the apartment.

NO RECEPTION AREA!!!(The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. Sundays from 2 pm to 9 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE:(If you are leaving Barcelona after the 10:30 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you 2 nights accommodation.)

Our Hotel is located right on the historic side of Barcelona in boqueria st.
We are less the 50 meters away from the subway station Liceu, which is in the L3 or green subway.
