Residence S.niccolò

The Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò is located in a glamorous 19th century mansion, recently refurbished, on the Lungarno riverside in front of Piazzale Michelangelo. Signoria Square, the Uffizi Museum and more are all in the nearby.

It is just a short walk away from the heart of art and culture and at the same time it is close to the avenues which are the main link-up roads in town.


Our apartments are 1 and 2 bedroom studios located on three floors, some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town.

Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower.


All apartments are provided with telephone, television, video-house phone, air conditioning and private heating.

Directions

By train: Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. Then by taxi 8/10 minutes or by bus: Bus nr. 14 (last stop along Via Ghibellina).

By Airplane: Airport Firenze Peretola A.Vespucci. Then by taxi 20/30 minutes

By car: Highway A1 - exit 'Firenze SUD' Then follow direction 'Centro' 'S.Niccolò' (10 minutes).
