Conveniently tucked between the Microcentro and San Telmo, this three-tiered 1890 colonial house hostel, is the city liveliest and most ambitious hostel. No hostel provides so many options for day activities and nightlife. The core of the house is a typical courtyard, full of light and charm, where visitors can rest, have lunch outdoors and make friends. This marvelously well preserved 110 year old house has been renovated for visitor's greater comfort, offering both private and non-private rooms, for one to eight people. The hostel has all the facilities guests could need: laundry room, in-house travel agency, luggage room, TV, free internet, terrace, self-catering kitchen, etc.. From top to bottom a good vibe hums, inspiring tango sessions, city walking tours and impromptu barbeques - though some groups prefer simply to huddle round the television set. It´s extremely popular so make sure you book well in advance.
