I had an overnight stopover in KL and booked Travellers Palm off the website.I arrived late and was a bit worried my room would be gone. Suzy was there to welcome me by name and show me the room which was what I expected in a basic hostel, outside bathroom but beautiful clean towels air con and big bed. Suzy works very hard to make the hostel as welcoming as any I have stayed in anywhere in the world.She encourages guests to chat and share experiences in a delightful outside courtyard. My plane left at midnight the following night so after a day of looking at KL I returned to pick up my luggage and Suzy told me my room was not taken yet so I could use it (free) and shower and change. when I was ready to leave she told me as it was the end of Ramadan she was cooking for everyone but I was leaving early so she had prepared a meal for me specially. These sort of experiences where you feel like a friend not a customer are priceless when traveling and make this probably the best hostel experience of my life. -Bill-Australia.

Guests may arrive earlier(after 9am) and leave their luggage at the hostel but access to rooms will not be granted until after 1300hrs.

Guests are expected to check-in within 4hours of their flight/bus/train or other mode of transportation of their ETA(estimate time arrival). Please advise Travellers Palm of any delays beyond this time, or we will consider of cancelling your booking and your rooms will be opened for other bookings.

We are located just a steps away from Radius International Hotel off CHANGKAT BUKIT BINTANG.

We are at No.10 JALAN REMBIA OFF TENGKAT TONG SHIN, 50200,Bukit Bintang Area, Kuala Lumpur.

The nearest monorail station is BUKIT BINTANG station.
Walk across the traffic light towards McDONALD and to the left straight ahead till a KFC fast-food. Turn right to CHANGKAT BUKIT BINTANG and go down along the street passing Comfort Inn Sdn Bhd. Lookout for 7-11 convenient store, turn left to Tengkat Tong Shin St, and approx. 20meters later you will see JALAN REMBIA. We are at a double storey house NO 10. You can't miss it!

Travellers Palm is within a 5 - 10 mins walking distance off Jalan Bukit Bintang, the most happening street in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Travellers Palm is about 45minutes drive from KLIA(Kuala Lumpur International Airport) or alternatively you may take a fast train from the airport to the Central Station for 28minutes ride and the train-fare is MYR$35 (approx US$9).

LCCT - (Low Cost Carrier Terminal) is the place you arrive with budget airlines like Air Asia
KLIA - (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) is the main terminal for all regular flights.
KL Sentral - Main Transportation Hub in Kuala Lumpur, Train Station
Bukit Bintang - popular and lively area with the highest density of hostels in KL

- Buy a ticket to 'Bukit Bintang' station for RM 2.10
- Monorail operating hours: 6.00am - midnight
