From the Airport:
By MRT & Walk (Singapore’s equivalent to the subway / metro / tube & what ever other names people have for these inter-city trains :)

Stop at Little India (N7) MRT Station. Exit the station at the Bukit Timah side of the road.

It’s a less than 10-min walk. You start by walking across the public car park diagonally & you will be at the T-junction between MacKenzie Road & Nirven Road. Follow Nirven Road & turn at the 1st right into this little road between a white & yellow building. Follow this road & go up along the flight of steps you will see on your left up towards a park. Follow the steps & path across the park & we will appear right before your eyes on the hilltop.

By Taxi: Just hop on & tell the driver it’s “Hangout!' you want to go. In Singapore, all taxis charge by the meter. Surcharges apply for taxis leaving the airport, entering restricted zones & during peak hours. It’s an estimated 30-min ride and costs around $15-$18.

By Airport Shuttle: This 6-seater MaxiCab offers scheduled service with flexible routing to any destination within the restricted zone (including our place). Departs every 30 min between 7am-6pm, and every 15 min between 6pm-11pm. Bookings are made at the airport shuttle counters located at both terminals Arrival Halls. Fares at $7 for adults and $5 for children are to be made directly to the driver.
