These five classic studios for one or two people are in a beautiful apartment building located in the best part of the Gothic Quarter or centre of Barcelona ¨El Born¨ a place with special atmosphere, full of narrow, winding streets.

It's renowned for its great variety of charming restaurants, offering quality 'tapas', Mediterranean cuisine, and the best seafood in town. There are also plenty of bars with their own 'terrazas' that give El Born its modern, artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Just a few streets away, you will find art galleries, artist's studios, designer shops, museums such as the Picasso, Textile Museums and much more....

Five studios with private lift make this a modern building; the place to be in while in Barcelona!


Located steps away from Barcelona Cathedral and little more from Las Ramblas and the sea.

The Studios are fully equipped with:

Kitchen with microwave, fridge, and all cooking utensils (Except the budget room; this doesn’t have kitchen facilities).

Double bed or two singles (budget room: only double bed).

Toilet with a shower.

Satellite TV.

Bed linen and towels.




There is a deposit charge of 100€

Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00

Bookings made the same day or 24h prior arrival must be confirmed by telephone directly with the property

There is a charge of 27€ on arrivals after 24:00.

Cancellations can only be made at least 5 days in advance and by email.

Please note:

The photos on this site are real, the only different studio is the atic which does not have a kitchen, for this reason the price is lower than the other studios

Please remember to phone up the provided numbers 30 minutes before arrival to arrange key pick up at the apartments. If not once you are in front of the building please call and the person in charge will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes.

CALLE DAMES or CARRER DAMES (in Catalan) is a short street which is very close to ST MARIA CATHEDRAL

The closest metro station is JAUMA I ( L-4, yellow line), which is only 5 minutes away.

From JAUMA I metro station, you will need to walk across VIA LAIETANA and go down the street CARRER DE L´ARGENTERIA until you get to a square with a cathedral called PL. ST. MARIA, from there walk down the street CARRER ESPASERIA turning left on CARRE ASES, following this you will get to CARRER DAMES. (from the metro to the apartments, it’s only 10 minutes walking) (see map)




Guests arriving at PRAT airport (Barcelona international airport)

To get to the apartments by taxi cost around 25€, but the cheapest option would be to get the AEROBUS (blues bus and blue bus stop outside the terminal) that goes form the airport to PLAZA CATALUNYA.

Once in PLAZA CATALUNYA you can get the metro following the previous directions or get a taxi for around 8€.

This airport is 90km away from Barcelona and there are buses for every flight that lands.
