Please read terms and bookings conditions very carefully;

• We Do not process cancelation request by phone or fax. That request must be send only by email 48 hours before check in date (according to Spanish time).
• Our private rooms have sheets, blankets and towels included. (Full service)
• It’s always recommended to have a copy of your booking.
• There is an age restriction for our shared rooms (less than 35 years old at Arco building)
• There is NO age restriction for private rooms.
• During the check-in, at reception, we cannot modify or cancel your booking. Please play attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

No show charge;
• We charge 2 nights of your booking in case of No Show or notifying less than 48 hours. On bookings more than 3 nights or more than 3 persons we charge 50% of total amount. Please pay attention to this mater to prevent further problems.

Group Booking;
• The cancelation request must be send to our email 1 week in advance. The group will be charge 50% of total amount if the cancelation email is less than 1 week.
• The booking could be canceled if you don’t arrive approximately around the arrival time that is specified in your booking.
• In some cases we preserve the rights of charging 1 night of your booking as a guarantee.

We are located very close to the Liceu metro station at Line III (green line) as well as Jaume I metro station (yellow line).

• From Liceo Metro station:
As you exit the metro, follow 'Calle Boqueria' east about 100 meters. Turn right at the archway sign that says 'Youth Hostel' and follow to our front door.

• From Jaume I Metro station:
As you exit, head south-east on 'Calle Jaume'. After passing Plaça Jaume, (also called Plaça de Sant Miquel) turn right onto the fourth street (Arc Santa Eulalia) at the Starbucks coffee shop. Follow this to our front door.

• To reach us from the airport:
You may take either the airport shuttle service or the train from the airport. For both, your stop will be the Plaça Catalunya station. To reach us walking from Plaça Catalunya, follow Las Ramblas street south until you reach Calle Boqueria. Turn left and walk about 100 meters until you reach the fourth archway to the right. You will see a sign that says 'Youth Hostel.' Follow this to our front door.
