With Futons and beds. It placed on a different floor than the dorms.
The private room of Ensuite (with a bath and a toilet) can be stayed with 2-5 and 3-7 people.
Please reserve with 2, 3 and 4 people even if your party didn't make with them.
If you inform us beforehands, we will amend the number of your party.The difference of the price will be surely corrected before your arrival by email.

If you want to reserve for a long term, we would give you the best price from your check-in date. Even if you extend your stay during your stay, we would give you the long stay discount from your 5th night.

We have a dormitory and the private rooms of Ensuite available at the very best rates. Also, we have the rooms for 10-40 people's group. Small groups, big groups -- all are welcome! (Best price!!)


*** Individuality***
We have a terrace garden on the roof and it has tables, chairs, bed chairs and shower.
Great view. You can have Nijo-jo castle hard by.

Located in the heart of Kyoto. We are very near from Nijo Castle. It is very convenient to public transportation, shopping, banks, post offices and everything else you would need during your stay here!
The staffs speak English and we are always happy to help you with full information about places of scenic beauty and historical interest, as well as the entertainment in Kyoto.
You can go easy anywhere by bike/bus from the hostel.

Families with children under 12 years old must take Private Ensuite as children are not to share with other guests. There is no child discount.

- Subway (Tozai line) Nijojomae Sta. 5 - 10 minutes on foot
- JR (Sagano line) Nijo sta. 10 - 15 minutes foot
- Subway (KarasumaLine) Marutamachi Sta. 15 - 20 minutes on foot
- Hankyu, keifuku oomiya Sta. 20 - 30 minutes on foot

- City bus Marutamachi Chiekoin 1 minute on foot
- City bus Horikawa Marutamachi 3 minutes on foot

From JR Kyoto Station...
Take 'Saga Ayashiyama Line' from the main station called Kyoto station to Nijo station (The second one from Kyoto station).
From JR Nijo station to the hostel on foot, it takes about 10-15 minutes.
1) Go to the direction to Nijo castle along the school (Nakagyo junior high school)
2) When you reach the castle, turn left at the corner of the school.
3) Go straight to the end of a path. (there are the castle, park, TV station and a gas station on the right. On the left, there are three schools and some houses.)
4) Turn right on the corner of the gas station and got to the second traffic light. (pass Farmer's Mart the grocery on the right. Although, on the google map, the grocery is still 'Lawson', but it changed to 'Farmer's Mart' from this past July 2009.)
