Welcome to 'Al Palazzo Lion Morosini',an ancient palace of XIII°century. It is located in the center of Venice,in the zone of Rialto,near Teatro Malibran, at a distance of 10 minutes from San Marco Square and from Teatro La Fenice.
Al Palazzo Lion Morosini faced with a terrace on the Grand Canal.
The breakfast is continental,includes in the price of the reservation and free and self/service.
The rooms furnished in simple mode,using the venetian style:their are all with double bed,if do want separate beds,please send a request at the structure.
The rooms in dependance,are at a distance of 1 minute from Al Palazzo Lion Morosini,and here their will have the use of the service breakfast.
Our dependance is RESIDENZA GRISOSTOMO,situated at 1 minute of distance from Al Palazzo Lion Morosini,and all the room with shared bathroom and private ensuite are in dependance.

from Treviso airport :
- bue service Atvo.
From Rialto take the directio for Salizzada San Giovanni Grisostomo and ask for Fiaschetteria toscana restaurant,where,on the left,there is the small calle della stua/scaleter:to end of it there is the campiello del remer and our stair.

If you come by Gondola, or by a private watertaxi,there is a private dock in front.
