The Ai Due Leoncini offers very clean comfortable private rooms,with and / or without private bathroom (in case bathroom on the same floor), with low rates, in the historic center of Venice.

YOUR ARRIVAL TIME MUST BE BETWEEN 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM , our reception is open just from 8 am to 8 pm .

The building is situated in a typical and quiet Campiello Veneziano in a cultural interesting area, not far from the shops aerea and 7 minutes walking distance from the railway station of Santa Lucia. Piazzale Roma bus station is also only 12 minutes away.

Directions

From the train station of Santa Lucia just outside of the station turn left and walk for 300 meters for the street called Lista di Spagna. You will find a bridge called Ponte delle Guglie. BEFORE THE GUGLIE BRIDGE turn left and walk along the canal of Canareggio for 200 meters till the next bridge called Ponte della CREA. You will cross the Crea bridge and turn left, 20 meters inside you will find us. (We are just behind 'Pizzeria 3 Archi')
On the small square Santa Maria della Pazienza is at the civic number 565.
