We are located in Lima, Perú, close to the International Airport Jorge Chávez (10 minutes away) in a quiet residential neighbourhood of San Miguel. We are surrounded by important avenues with easy access to the Historical Center, Miraflores, San Isidro, Monterrico and others.

Our suites offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay in our city at prices without competence. We have beautifully furnished apartments that are fully equipped at low rates (utilities included). Come only with your luggage and here you'll find everything you need.

Apartment's amenities:
- Living and dining room (modulate sofas, chairs, table, pictures, etc.)
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, mixer machine, dishes, dinner set, etc.)
- Television (with cable), VCR, stereo/CD player, telephone, intercom and internet access.

- Bathroom (cold and hot water)
- Laundry service, cleaning and garage are optional as they have additional cost.

We are located in the district with more commercial development of the city, where you will find important business centres like Square San Miguel and Marina Park. Also nearby are cinemas, restaurants, banks and casinos.

Also we can assist you in Spanish, English, French, Italian. Besides, if you'll like we can contact you at the Airport and transfer to the lodgement.

Directions

From 'Jorge Chávez' International Airport, turn right to Elmer Faucett Avenue and go straight ahead toward La Marina Avenue in the district of San Miguel. Two blocks before arriving to the Marina Avenue turn left by Contisuyo Street ( BancoContinental)one block, then turn right by Mollocmarca street and go straight ahead until Machu Picchu Park.
Our Lodging is located in MACHU PICCHU Street 128, in front of the Machu Picchu Park (behind Toyota Pana-Autos), but first you'll pay the reservation and pick up the keys of the apartments, in our Administrative Office, located in the adjacent street, CARMENCA 122 (also in front of the park).
We pick up you at the airport if you want, or if you prefer contact us and we will give you the best option to get here.
