Touch A Thatch Cottage

Although Daddy Coo and Karin’s Cottage is set on almost an acre of land which creates a feeling of space and openness, there is also an intimate atmosphere. The cottage is set in tropical, jungle-like garden out of the way of all the hustle and bustle of Negril, yet all nightlife, shops and beach are easily accessible. You will be staying among local people, allowing you to experience the culture and their way of life.

The cottage has a private bathroom with hot and cold water and a communal kitchen. We also have a room available in our home, also with its own private bathroom with hot and cold water. We provide mosquito nets and there is a large garden with hammocks for guests' use.

The accommodation is ideal for the alternative traveller who will enjoy staying in a typical cottage. It is within walking distance of the seven miles of Negril’s Cliffs and Caves where you can swim, sunbathe, snorkel or participate in water sports.


We serve complimentary fresh herbal tea every morning from the gardens of the property.

Directions

The cottage is situated on the West End Road in Negril about 1hour from Sangster Airport in Montego Bay.

When you reach Negril take the Beach Road until you get to a roundabout. When you go around the roundabout you will be on the West End Road.

The property is 10 minutes walk from the bus stop at the Negril Lighthouse.
