Our inn is situated in the quiet part of the village Nová Lesná, which is near the highest mountains in Slovakia – The High Tatras.

We offer 4 two-bed rooms and 1 three-bed room including WC and shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen including microwave oven, fridge with freezer and a coffee maker for your free use. We don’t provide meals, but there is possibility to dine in the restaurants in our village. At one’s disposal, there is a sitting room with TV. Our rooms are centrally heated and have hot water all day long.

The High Tatras are the oldest and largest national park in the Slovak Republic. In terms of geomorphology, High Tatras with its 24 peaks higher than 2,500m above sea level are the only mountains with a real Alpine character in the whole of the 1,200 km Carpathian Mountain range. All the main hiking trails are open to the public between the 15th June and the 31st of October. From November until the end of May you can use initial sections of trails, ending at the mountain chalets and hotels. Hiking and skiing out of marked trails is permitted only with certified UIAGM mountain guides.

Directions

How to reach our pension:

By car:
Starting point is town Poprad, direction to Starý Smokovec/Vysoké Tatry. After cca 10 km turn right – you’ll see course Nová Lesná. Our pension is located in the upper part of the village, street “Lipová“, house number 269.

By bus:
Starting point is the main bus station in Poprad, route to Nová Lesná. When you get off the bus, please walk straight to the mountains (upper part of the village, street “Lipová“) cca 5-7 min. House number is 269.

By train:
Point of departure is major train station in Poprad, rail platform for TEZ /Tatras’ electrical mountain train/, direction to Nová Lesná. Then, after getting out the train you have to walk at about 15 - 20 min. route to the upper part of the village /directly to the mountains/. House number is 269.
