Local traditions are still very much alive.The hospitality of the villagers can be experienced literally; you may get invited for a coffee with the typical saying'kopiaste'.

The lodgings are dispersed all around the villages. All of them have their own individual veranda, patio or garden. The kitchenettes are equipped with self-catering facilities. However, there is also the opportunity to stay on a bed and breakfast basis or half-board basis in conjunction with Tochni Tavern. Central heating and air conditioning are available on request. There are swimming pools in the villages for guests' use.


Cyprus Villages provides guests with the unique opportunity to tailor their own individual holiday according to their own personal interest and make the most of their visit to the island. Our main office is situated at Tochni village where our guests can book rental car, horse riding at our ‘Drapia farm’ situated near by, professional bike centre, traditional activities such as watching how the traditional Cypriot cheese “Halloumi”is made at a local farm, orange & olive picking,(in season) and cookery lessons. Taverns, supermarket, chemist and local bank is within easy reach.

DIRECTIONS TO TOCHNI VILLAGE RECEPTION CENTRE FROM LARNAKA AIRPORT

As you leave the airport follow the signs to Limassol or Lemesos. Half way towards Lemesos the high way B1 will turn into highway A1.
Drive on the high way A1. Turn out on exit 14, sign posted “Chirokitia-Tochni-Psematismenos-Maroni-1000m”. As you leave the highway turn right at the junction, follow the road under the bridge until the next junction at which you turn right again. After passing the petrol station there is an archaeological site and there you must turn right direction Choirokitia-Layia and then immediately left where there is a small church and a sign to Tochni Village. Keep driving straight on until you see the sign for Tochni Tavern, turn right here and then first left and straight up to the car park of Tochni Tavern.

At the end of the car parking area near the fence there is a stair case leading to the tavern/pool area where you will see the Cyprus Villages reception sign (after 11:00 pm press the bell on the reception sign). Walking down the stairs you will find our Tochni Tavern and CYPRUS VILLAGES reception. Here you will be met by our representative who will welcome and escort you to you’re your village/apartment. The keys to the apartments are always left in the apartment doors.
