The house is located in the center of the city, 300m from the National Congress. It is 100m from the Metro Subway and nearly a lot of buses linies (5;6;7;19;29;37;41;50:56;60;61;64;68;86;95;98;101;105;118;132;151;168). There are 3 grocery stores nearby (none more than 100m from the house), equal to a large Shopping Center.

The house is conveniently located close to the main Milongas, foreign language centers, cultural centers (C.C. Gral. San Martín; C.C. Ricardo Rojas; Complejo La plaza, theaters, etc.), as well as to important museums and cinemas. All this is within walking-distance from the house.
