Seascape - Hostel by the Sea, situated on a lush Jamaican beachfront property, extends a special invitation to all hostel/backpack travelers to discover their personal tropical paradise in the Caribbean.

As part of a beach resort complex, SEASCAPE hostel offers you resort-quality accommodations/grounds, at budget traveler prices. All hostel amenities, at the up-scale level, are provided: open kitchen, scenic outdoor dining areas, and linen services.

You will find:
-Private white sand beach with access to l6 acres of land
-40’ X 20’ freshwater pool
-Each room is equipped with linens, private bath with hot/cold running water; air conditioning in private rooms and ceiling fans in dormitory rooms.
-Each villa has 2 rooms upstairs, 1 room downstairs, and a dining/living/meeting area.
-Open kitchen cooking facilities and scenic outdoor dining areas.
-We can provide breakfast and/or dinner at an extra cost per person (US$5 for breakfast and US$8 for dinner). Please request upon receipt of reservation confirmation email from Seascape.
-Variety of relaxing seaside activities.
-Information about transport to all points of the island.
-Small grocery store/market within walking distance
-Close to Ocho Rios.

NOTE:
-Only travelers checks or cash (US or JA $) accepted for payment of due balance at time of check-in.
-There is no 24 hour reception at the hostel, so you must make prior arrangements with staff to ensure someone will be able to greet you.

Directions

SEASCAPE - Hostel by the SEA is an approximate 1 3/4 hours drive by bus from Montego Bay (Sangster International Airport). Guest will head for the town of Priory, which is 2 miles west of St. Anns Bay and 5 miles west of Ocho Rios.

JUTA (Jamacia Union of Travel Agents) buses or minivans are the cheapest and safest way to reach Seascape - $20 one way from/to the Montego Bay airport. Stop by the JUTA desk and ask for buses headed for Ocho Rios hotels. Do not go use the JUTA taxi service as it is over twice the amount of the bus service. You can also make transportation reservations with JUTA prior to your departure by visiting www.jutatours.com.

Once in Priory, JUTA bus drivers should be instructed to turn before the infirmary (the Island Dairy Plant is directly across from the turn-off), then turn right at the end of the service road at the Seascape sign, and drop guests off at the end of Seascape driveway.
