Cambie Hostel

Cambie Hostel is located in a beautifully renovated heritage building in the old quarter of downtown Nanaimo on Vancouver Island.

All rooms have private washrooms with shower. We also offer a common room with TV, kitchen facilities and laundry.

Save $5 per night with the purchase of our membership card at reception. The $14 membership card is valid in Nanaimo and at both Cambie Hostels in Vancouver. Please note that the $5 is taken off our full price rate. Membership also gives you 10% off food and Cambie merchandise.

Directions

From the Bus Station:
Exit from bus station using exit lane up the hill behind Tally Ho Beer and Wine Store. This will put you at the intersection of Comox Rd. and Richards St. Follow Richards St. south until you reach the three (3) way intersection. At the three way intersection continue straight through the intersection with turns into Victoria Cres. We are located two (2) blocks down Victoria Cres.We are 63 Victoria Cres. Look for the mural on the side of the building. We are located across the street from Save on Gas.


From the Ferry Terminal (Departure Bay):
Exit from ferry terminal using the exit lane. Follow signs 'City Centre' Downtown Nanaimo. There signs will be at the intersection of Brechin Rd. and Stewart Ave. Continue through the intersection using Stewart Ave, following signs for 'City Center'. Continue using Stewart Ave. until you reach the intersection of Stewart Ave. and Terminal Ave. (Husky st. on that courner) At this intersection of Terminal Ave and Comox Rd. stay on Terminal Ave. Weave through downtown Nanaimo using Terminal Ave. which turns into Nicol St. At the intersection of Nicol St. and Esplanade turn left onto Esplanade. At the yield sign turn right onto Victoria Cres. We are 63 Victoria Cres. Look for the mural on the side of the building. We are located across the street from Save on Gas.
