LOCATION

All single, double, family and multi- bed rooms have modern furnishings and are fitted with a shower, WC and TV. We are the perfect starting point to your day and nightlife in Berlin. Only 5 minutes walk away is the station Ostkreuz here you can hop on a train and be taken quickly and comfortably to each point of the city. Next to the green grassy areas in front of our hostel we offer (bus) parking spaces. We also offer bike and motor- scooter rental, a barbeque area and beer garden. In our lobby a bar waits for you with internet connections, billiard table and TV. In each house and in all rooms, it is possible to use the internet with our Wi-Fi connection.



FUN

Guests can play table tennis, table football, billiards and darts or you can just relax and read our free daily newspapers. For guests who want to stay in contact with friends and relatives there is internet access in the public areas of the hostel which you can use for a small fee. In our spacious and comfy bar you will find a regular karaoke night. Relax in the summer sun in our beer garden with a cool beer. We also have some video games to entertain our guests. Through us you have the possibility of renting one of our bicycles or motor- scooters so that you can explore Berlin at your own pace. In our A&O Hoste Berlinl Friedrichshain you can also play volleyball. Our guests can get volleyball at the reception for a deposit. In addition, we offer basketballs, footballs and the new sport speed Mintonï. Badminton rackets and ball sets are available at reception. After sport you can relax our have a barbecue.

SOME GENERAL INFORMATION

- Ladies, in the event that you are an individual traveler and have booked a space in a multi- bed dorm we would like to inform you that we do offer Shared Women Dorms if you would prefer.
- The hostel's multi- bed rooms require full payment in advance and there is a deposit when renting bed linen (3 €) and hand towels (1 €). In double and single rooms bed linen and hand towels are inclusive.
- In all A&O hotelsand hostels pets are allowed at an extra €5 charge per night only in single and double bed rooms, please inquire beforehand.
- Conference rooms and technical appliances are available, please inquire beforehand.

CHECK IN 4 p.m.
Reserved rooms shall be available for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the agreed day of the client�s arrival. The client shall not be entitled to occupy the room(s) earlier than this.

CHECK OUT 10 a.m. (11 a.m. at the weekend)
On the agreed day of departure the client must vacate the room by 10 a.m. at the latest. If the client does not vacate the room by this time we shall be entitled to charge 50% of the full room rate as published in the price list until 6 p.m. for reasons of non-contractual occupation, and if the client vacates the room after 6 p.m. 100% of the full room rate will be charged. This shall not constitute any contractual claims on the part of the client.



CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Until the day of arrival until 6 o’clock pm (local time hotel/hostel) free of charge. There is a cancellation fee of 100 percent of the first night, should the client cancel the room(s) after the aforementioned cancellation period or in a case of non-arrival. It’s the same for short-term bookings, within two days before arrival.
Any discounts or special offers booked through online booking engines are irreversible.

From Schönefeld Airport: take the S9 to Ostkreuz, change for the S5 or S7 towards Westkreuz or Spandau. Fet off Friedrichstr. (6 stops).
Change to U6 (direction Alt-Tegel) to Zinnowitzer Str., exit same direction train goes, keep walking 100m (left-side)

From Mainstation:
take the BUS 245 in direction Nordbahnhof to U Zinnowitzer Strasse. Turn left the Chausseestrasse in direction U Station, go just 100m and see on the left side the Mitte's Backpacker Hostel


From Bahnhof Zoo - take S Bahn to Friedrichstraße, change to U6 in the direction Alt- Tegel two stops to Zinnowitzer Str. exit same direction train goes keep walking and its 100m (left side)

From Ostbahnhof - Take S bahn to Friedrichstraße, change to U6 in the direction Alt- Tegel two stops to Zinnowitzer Str. exit same direction train goes keep walking 100m (left side)
