The PINT ON PUNT backpacker accommodation offers comfortable, clean & safe single, double, twin and dorm rooms at an affordable price.The Biggest dorm we have is a 6 bed dorm. All prices include free breakfast every morning of your stay and discounts that entitle you to 10% off drinks & $6 guest meals in the Bar & Bistro downstairs.

It's a fun place to stay with entertainment in the bar most nights. The hotel supports local Musos and has some of Melbourne's best pub bands. For those who just want to chill out, there is a common room on the top floor with satellite television, chess, books etc. The house guest kitchen is on the top floor also.

The PINT ON PUNT IRISH Bar and Restaurant offers a full range of traditional British and Irish ales plus an exstensive range of your favourite Australian beers and wines, so it's not only great for quenching your thirst but also has the best local musicians to entertain you every Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. The restaurant is open for lunch & dinner seven days a week.


PINT ON PUNT is a five minute walk form Melbourne's lively St Kilda.

We offer 24 hour access, a kitchenette for use by our guests, tour booking facilities, lockers and FREE tea and coffee all day every day. We do provide a 24 hour check in service. Reception is open 8am-12pm. From 12pm we operate from the bar downstairs. For check ins before 8am or after 11pm please contact us so we can organise an after hours check in.

Directions

The Pint On Punt is in an excellent location! Only ten minutes from the city centre, with easy access by public transport to many of Melbourne's major events and venues, including Australian Rules Football, F1 Grand Prix Circuit (10 mins walk), the City Centre and Arts Precinct.

Before you arrive in Melbourne contact our friends at Airport Bus Dandenong to arrange a pick up from the airport. They kindly drop you off at our doorstep for the cheapest price in Melbourne-$15! If your arrival time is outside of their scheduled times catch the Skybus from the airport to Southern Cross Station ($16 o/w) then catch tram #96 (approx $4.00) to Fitzroy St, St Kilda. Walk up to the end of Fitzroy St, cross over at the traffic lights and turn left. 200 metres, we are on the right hand side. If you are lost, just phone our freecall number and a staff member will be able to help you.
