Surrounding Area

Koi Park is situated inside the Park of Vieo we are 20 minutes from the center of Rome. In the surrounding area there are many historical sites to visit. There is a Wild bird park adajacent to our property. At 25 minutes drive there is the lake of Bracciano with its famous castle and delightful villages surrounding the lake, here you can swim, sail, canoe or just relax. At one hours drive or a train ride away is the medieval city of Viterbo.

Accommodations

Koi park is a private Villa. We have 3 double rooms available. The rooms have tv and airconditioning with private bathrooms. The Villa has a private sitting room for guests, a gym, a turkish bath and an outdoor swimming pool. There are several patios and a conservatory. The Garden includes a koi pond, an orchard, a pergola of kiwi and grapes and many delightful corners where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the countryside while strolling around the property there are various seating areas and beautifully designed flowerbeds.

Rooms/Suites

The rooms are all tastefully furnished and decorated with care. they have individual heating, airconditiong and tv. All the rooms are double rooms with spacious wardrobes.

Amenities

In the immediate area there are many different restraunts to satisfy all tastes and pockets. There are several Gyms and swimming pools a bowling alley, tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course and several riding facilities.

Our prices range from 60 euro to 120 euro depending on the season and number of guests.

Directions

From the center of Rome you need to get to the Raccordo Annulare G.R.A. (Ring Road) and take the Cassia Bis exit in the Direction of Viterbo. Take the second exit "Castel de Ceveri" and turn left towards Formello. You will find Koi Park is on your left hand side after about 2 Km at number 811.
