Our houses sleep from 6 to 44 people in 1 house. All of our houses sit from 1 block which is about 450 feet. To just right across the street from the ocean. We also have Ocean front condos 1 Ocean Front Triplex each unit 4 bedroom 4 bath sleeps 16

Restrictions

We have a lot of houses that except pets for 2 to 7 bedroom houses some are single family homes. We rent to students as long as 1 person in the group is age 18 by the arrival date.

Rates & Availability

Rates depend on the time of year and how long the rental is. Rates start from $595. to $3,045. for our regular season. High season between Memorial day and July 4th rates run between $1,000. to $6,300.
