Active Adventure


Kayak La Jolla, the Ecological Reserve and nearby La Jolla Cove. Kayakers will likely see sea lion, leopard shark, the California Garibaldi, seals, and the occasional dolphin. Paddle to Arch Cave, Sunny Jim’s Cave, Clam’s Cave, the Kelp Beds, and even Leopard Sharks. Finish this La Jolla Kayaking adventure off with a quick wave back to shore.

Want to get a little bit closer to the marine life? Try our Kayak and Snorkel Tour. Combine our La Jolla Kayaking Tour of the 7 Caves and a Snorkel adventure. Snorkeling in La Jolla is made easy by taking the snorkel gear aboard the kayaks!



Typical Day


The Kayak Tour of the 7 La Jolla Caves leave daily from our store. The Tour pricing includes kayak, life jacket and paddle. Bathing suits are recommended; however we do have wetsuits for rent.

The lockers & changing room are complimentary as well as limited. Please check in to our La Jolla Bike and Kayak location with bathing suits 20-30min. in advance.

Reservations are required.

Kayak Tour Times:
9am, 10am, 11am, noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4:30pm, and at Sunset
