"Casa Susy” is a cosy B&B ,located just 10/15 minutes walk from Sorrento.
The house is situated on the third floor in a private park, with parking and garden, where you will be received and supported for any need or curiosity you will have during your stay in the Peninsula Sorrentina. The rooms are well lighted, furnished and cleaned with care, provided with private bathroom, heating, television and balcony or panoramic verandah, fitted with deckchairs and small table. You can have breakfast either in the comfortable kitchen of the house or in the cool garden, surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Moreover, on request, breakfast can be served directly to you in your room

Rooms/Suites

Room Capri:
The room Capri is roomy and well-lighted , cool in summer and well-heated in winter. It’s provided with a balcony with deckchairs and small table and offers a wonderful view of the Vesuvius and of the Gulf of Naples.
The room can accommodate up to four beds and it is provided with private bathroom, TV color, writing desk, roomy wardrobe, bedside tables and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Room Amalfi:
The room Amalfi is the most comfortable room and it can house a double and a single bed. Being the most comfortable, this room is also the most suitable for long stays. It is provided with private bathroom, balcony with deckchairs and small table, view of the Vesuvius and of the hills of Sorrento. Moreover it is provided with TV color, roomy wardrobe, writing desk, armchair and bedside tables.
Suite Positano:
This is the most suitable room for long stays and assures the guests the privacy they need. Outside there is a private space where you can relax, get tanned or simply have a rest on the deckchairs, surrounded by the lemon and orange trees, delighted by their scent, their colors and freshness.
The suite Positano is able to give hospitality to a family of four persons, it is provided with kitchenette, private bathroom, small table, writing desk, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV color, stereo, Playstation, etc.

BY BOAT
Our “Gozzo sorrentino” is 7.5 mt long and can take in up to seven persons. During the boat excursion you will admire the most beautiful beaches and bays of the Gulf of Naples and of the Coast of Sorrento and Amalfi. Itinerary: after breakfast, departure from the harbour of Piano di Sorrento to Capri. During the navigation, short stop for a swim in the wonderful bays of Sorrento. Arrival at Capri, visit of the mythical “Faraglioni” and of the “Grotta azzurra”, then lunch (prepared by Susy).
From Capri departure to “Nerano” passing through the Marine Reserve "Punta Campanella", where you can swim in the most limpid water of the Tyrrenian sea. On the way back, we will admire the coast illuminated at sunset.

IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
During the excursion in the countryside, you can experience the vintage, the cultivation of olives, and the production of oil. Moreover Susy will teach you in a short time how to prepare the most savoury Neapolitan dishes like pizza, “Babà”, “Gnocchi alla sorrentina”, Limoncello, vegetables in oil, fruit jam, etc.

Other Information

The service includes room and breakfast prepared according to your taste. You can have it in the kitchen or in the cool garden. You have the possibility to take a relaxing walk in the garden, surrounded by the lemon and orange trees that spread their scent in the air, making your holiday unforgettable. The B&B has a wide terrace with deckchairs where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples and of the Vesuvius; it provides a parking, a laundry and taxi service. On your arrival at the B&B you will be provided with everything you need, such as maps, guides and depliants, very useful during your holiday.
If you want you will be our guests at lunch or at dinner, for staying with us and tasting typical dishes from Sorrento prepared by Susy with biological ingredients produced in our farm.

Directions

How to reach Casa Susy
By train: From the railway station of Napoli “Piazza Garibaldi”, take the Circumvesuviana train in the direction of Sorrento and stop at the station of Sant’Agnello. Then follow the map that you find on our web-site (Circumvesuviana trains start on average every 45 minutes, up to 11.00 pm).

By car: Take the A3 Napoli-Pompei-Salerno motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia, then follow the signs to Sorrento up to the square of Sant’Agnello. After 100 mt, turn on the right following “Via Cappuccini”, go on for 100 mt and you will see on the right our long avenue and “Casa Susy”.

By Air: Land at Capodichino International Airport in Naples. There is the bus service “Curreri” from the airport to Sorrento every two hours. The closest stop to the B&B is the one next to the railway station of Sant’Agnello.

By Hydrofoil: Daily service all year round with departures from Naples/Beverello pier to Sorrento (about 30 minutes). From Sorrento take the minibus that reaches Sant’Agnello in a few minutes.
