The town of Pocasset is a village of the city of Bourne. Wings Neck Point, in Pocasset, is a penninsula that extends out into the Atlantic Ocean near the entrance of the Cape Cod Canal. It is quiet and secluded yet has easy access to the great restraunts, shopping and conveniences. The ferry to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyand is nearby. Cape Cod has many attractions including great beaches, history and quaint New England towns.

Vacation Rental Property

The Wings Neck Lighthouse was commissioned by the US Coast Guard in the mid 1800's and served as a working lighthouse for many years. It has recently been completely restored and the attached keepers house rennovated and is now available for vacation rental. Situated literaly steps from the ocean, it is 3/4 surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and has incredible views from all windows. Because of it's proximity to the Cape Cod Canal, interesting boats are seen daily. The house was completely restored and updated while maintaining it's antique and historic charm. All new kitchens/baths and furnishings along with every amenity for the vacationer. The property has a private beach.

Sleeps eight. Three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king, two has a twin set, three has a twin set and there is a pull out Queen sofa in the family room. There is a full bath upstairs, a 1/2 bath with laundry on the first floor and an outdoor shower.
