Private beach with view of the Belknap Mountain Range. 10 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee, 35 minutes from Loudon Speedwway, 1 hr. from the White Mountains.

These housekeeping cottages have 2-3 bedrooms plus a double bed futon in the living room. They feature screened porches, a table for dining and lots of room to just relax. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you will need including a microwave, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Outside there are picnic tables, lawn furniture and a charcoal or gas grill. The fireplaced living rooms have plenty of space to relax and include a phone, wireless internet and cable TV with a VCR or DVD player. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating or just playing in the sand on our 200 ft. of beachfront. Included is free firewood, use of a rowboat, canoe, paddleboat, shuffleboard, outdoor fire pit and 3 piers and a raft. Pets Welcome!

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The cottages sleep 6-7 people in 2 or 3 bedrooms with additional sleeping for 4 with the rental of our bunkhouse. Bed size: Doubles, twins and kings. Each cottage has 1 full bathroom.

Each cottage has a TV with VCR or DVD player, telephone, Internet wireless access, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, fireplace and screened porches. Also available is a picnic table, charcoal or gas grill, and lawn furniture.

Now booking for 2009. Summer rates from $900-1025/w. Fall and spring rates go from $875/wk. to $750/wk. or $135 to $120/ night.
