Running two rivers, each with multiple sections, gives Songer the flexibility to offer a variety of rafting trips for groups of all ability levels age 6 and up. Our Middle New River trip is especially designed for families and groups seeking a fun-filled soft-adventure complete with outstanding scenery and playful rapids. We offer two great opportunities for the beginner and intermediate rafter; The Lower New River, a whitewater rafting classic, offers the biggest whitewater available outside of the Grand Canyon. The Lower Gauley River, filled with roller-coaster waves, is a favorite of many guests and guides for good reason. And last but definitely not least � the Upper Gauley River. Considered by many to be one of the top 10 rafting trips in the world, the Upper Gauley offers true world-class whitewater. With 5 Class V+ rapids, this trip is one to remember.

Lower New and Lower Gauley River Trips: age 12 and up
Upper Gauley River Trips: age 16 and up
